Sheet Pile have been used all over the world for over 100 years.Since there are local steel grade in each country,consequently there are also lots of steel grades for sheet piling.After union of European countries,steel grades in Europe become simple.For sheet piling,most widely used steel grade:S235 S275 for cold rolled sheet piles,S355GP,S390GP,S430GP in Europe.In China,Q235B and Q345B are most widely used. In Japan,SY295 and SY390 are most used.

For pipe piling,API 5L and EN10219 covers over 80% of all steel grades. Most widely used are S355,S420MH,S460MH in EN10219. In API 5L standard,Grade B,X52,X56,X60.X65,X70 even up to X80 can be used for steel pipe pile

Normal steel grades for steel tie rod are S235 S355 etc. Higher tensile steel is S500 S700 S830 etc. We can also tailor made higher steel grade,like S1030,S1200 etc with minimum yield strength 1030Mpa,1200Mpa.
